Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction of attaching a lowering wire to a main frame easily and efficiency, preventing a faulty mounting, and getting a good appearance.
SOLUTION: After setting the one end of folding axis 22 of wire in the collar 42 along center of the axis, with passing a lowering wire 20 through a notch part 42a of a collar 42, the collar 42 is set at a mounting body 41 in main frame 10 corresponding to the center of axis. Pushing a pair of leg 43b of the revet 4 through the collar 42 having the end of folding axis 22 between them, and fitting the engage projection 43c in the point of leg to the rivet mouning hole 41b in the mounting body 41 allowing a circumferential moving, it fixes the lowering wire 20 through the revet 43 and the collar 42 to main frame 10 rotatable.
