Abstract:
To provide a lubricant which has excellent lubricity, abrasion powder dispersibility, and washability and is used for pressing precoated aluminum alloy plates.
This lubricant used for pressing the precoated aluminum alloy plates is characterized by comprising 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of an alkylsulfonate and the remainder of a base oil, and having a dynamic viscosity of 1.1 to 100 cSt (at 40°C). The base oil preferably comprises one or more of polyisobutylene, α-olefins each totally having 14 to 18 carbon atoms, and refined mineral oils. A method for pressing a precoated aluminum alloy plate is characterized by using the lubricant for the pressing.
