Title:
LUBRICATED STEEL SHEET AND TREATMENT LIQUID FOR FORMING LUBRICANT FILM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010018829
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a lubricated steel sheet in which, even if a long period has been passed after the application of lubrication treatment and/or press working is performed without performing additional lubrication treatment in a lubricant environment, the generation of rust is prevented, the lubricity of a lubricant film is stably maintained, and also, film removability and chemical treatment property are satisfactory.

Using a treatment liquid containing: a film forming component composed of alkali metal borate and/or alkali metal silicate (particularly, lithium silicate); a lubricating component composed of a mixture of zinc stearate and wax; and a rust preventive component composed of at least one kind selected from phosphate, the oxoate of vanadium, the oxoate of molybdenum and a mercapto compound, a lubricant film is formed on the surface of a steel sheet, particularly, on the surface of a steel strip.
