A first chamber 2a, a second chamber 2b set apart from the first chamber 2a with a partition wall 5 so as to surround an outer periphery of the first chamber, an communication port 2c for communicating between the first chamber 2a and second chamber 2b are provided in an oil storing chamber 2 of an oil pan part 1. A thermostat 9 for opening and closing according to a temperature of engine oil is provided to the partition wall 5 at a bottom of the first chamber 2a, which is closed when the temperature of engine oil in the first chamber 2a is lower than a temperature set in advance and opened when the temperature of engine oil is not lower than the temperature set in advance to feed low temperature engine oil at a bottom of the second chamber 2b into the first chamber 2a from the bottom of the first chamber 2a so as to efficiently lower the temperature of the engine oil in the first chamber 2a.
