A pressure regulating valve 11, controlled according to the outputs from an oil temperature detection means 8 for detecting the temperature of the lubricating oil supplied to the turbocharger and a rotational speed detection means 9 for detecting the rotational speed of the turbocharger, is installed in a turbocharger oil supply passage 7, for supplying lubricating oil to the bearing part 5A of a rotary shaft 4 of the turbocharger. Oil distribution grooves 5b and 6b are provided over the entire periphery of the bearing surface 4b of a housing 1 or all the outer periphery of a floating bush bearing, so as to communicate with an oil supply hole 6, such that the lubricating oil can be distributed rapidly to the entire periphery of the floating bush bearing 5 at the bearing part.
