To provide an oil storage device which has a two-tank oil pan structure enabling a reduction in warm-up operation time, and prevents the durability of an oil from being deteriorated by uniformly using the oil stored therein.
An inner plate 160 is contained in the oil storage device 130. The inner plate 160 is structured/disposed in the oil storage device 130 to form a main storage chamber 131, a reservoir chamber 132 on the outside of the main storage chamber, and a recirculating oil storage part 133 on the upper side of the reservoir chamber 132. A recirculating oil inducing dam 162b is formed on a recirculating oil separator 162 partitioning the reservoir chamber 132 from the recirculating oil storage part 133. The recirculating oil inducing dam 162b is formed to induce the oil recirculated from a cylinder block 120 toward a second thermostat valve device 166.
