PURPOSE: To obtain a lubricating film high in durability by applying a compound having a perfluoropolyether group expressed by a specific formula and a nonion hydrophilic substituted group by the Langmuir Blodgette method.
CONSTITUTION: The lubricating film 1 is formed by applying the compound having the perfluoropolyether group expressed by the formula, F-(CF2CF2CF2O)x-, (x≥14), and the nonion hydrophilic substituted group. The film made from the compound having the perfluoropolyether group expressed by the formula as the skeleton exhibits excellent lubricating property. And the fine thin film is formed by the Langmuir Blodgette method by introducing the specific hydrophilic substituted group into the end-group of the compound to make an amphipathic compound well-balanced in hydrophobicity of the molecular skeleton and hydrophilicity of the end-group.
