Title:
LUBRICATING STRUCTURE OF TRANSAXLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3862125
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce oil to a shift gear train without arranging a separate part by forming/arranging distributing ribs for distributing oil scraped up by a final driven gear to the rotational axis side of the final driven gear and the outside separating from the rotation axis, on case wall of an axle case.
SOLUTION: First/second distributing ribs 72, 74 are formed/arranged on first/second differential machine case walls 20, 22 being a case wall of an axle case 6 for journalling a differential machine 52 as distributing ribs for distributing oil scraped up by a final driven gear 70 to the rotational axis C side of the final driven gear 70 and the outside separating from the rotational axis C. A lubricating structure of this transaxle 4 can introduce oil to a first speed gear train 32 to a fifth speed gear train 40 without arranging a separate part such as an oil gutter and an oil pump to thereby efficiently lubricate the first speed gear train 32 to the fifth speed gear train 40 and first/second differential machine bearings 56, 58 of the differential machine 52.
