Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lubrication structure which supplies lubricant surely and enough to the rolling face of a roller, and the roller, making use of the shifting of a mover and the rolling of the roller, in a direct-acting rolling guide bearing.
CONSTITUTION: Lubrication structure is composed of portal members 38, which are set freely on a track, at both ends, in shifting direction of a mover, of a direct-acting rolling guide bearing 31 where the mover 32 can reciprocate rectilinearly on the track 33, being supported by rollers, front and rear seals 42, which seal the space in the shifting direction between the portal members and the external faces of track bases, and seals 44 in the vertical directions, which seal the space in the vertical directions between the portal members and the side faces of the track bases. The space consisting of the inner face of the portal member opposite to the external face of the track base, the front and rear seals, the seals in the vertical direction, and the external face of the track base is made as a lubricant reservoir.
