PURPOSE: To rest for a definite time in such a state that a knee is bent to bring the lower leg of the lower half part from the knee into contact with a floor surface so as to extend the same along the part just beside the femoral region at a predetermined angle.

CONSTITUTION: A patient lies on his belly on floor surface. When the knee of one leg is bent and the calf part of the lower leg is set along the back side of the femur, the heel part of a foot comes into contact with the vicinity of the hip. Subsequently, the lower leg is slowly shifted to a lateral outward direction and the open angle θ formed when the knee is bent is set to an acute angle of about 30-50° to allow the lower leg to rest. The open angle of the frame piece members 2, 2 of a frame main body l is made slightly large and the base parts thereof are positioned at the knee part, and the frame piece members are further closed to be set along the inside of the femur and the outside of the lower leg to apply the parts of the cushions, provided to the inner surface of the frame piece members to the femur and the lower leg and clamped by a bolt 3 and a nut 4 while the predetermined angle θ of 30-50° is held to be fixed so as not to be moved.
