Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snap fastener-attaching machine enabling to prevent the loss of a snap pin and easily and safely perform a work for attaching the snap fastener, when a member for holding a snap-fitting member is exchanged.
SOLUTION: In this snap fastener-attaching machine, a holding member 13 is attached to an attaching member 12 with a snap pin 17 engaged to the circular groove 16 of the holding member 13 through a slit 15 formed on both the sides of the cylindrical attaching member 12. Therein, the snap pin 17 comprises a bent wire rod portion 17a placed along the front surface of the attaching member 12, the first wire rod portions 17b connected from both their ends to the back portions and engaged with the circular groove 16 through the slit 15, the second wire rod portions 17c connected from the rear ends to the back portion and disposed at a space larger than the inner diameter of a site for inserting the holding member 13 of the attaching member 12 and smaller than the outer diameter of the site, and a curved wire rod portion 17d connected to the rear ends of the second wire rod portions 17c and used for stopping the slip-off of the snap pin. Thereby, the holding member 13 can be attached or detached by longitudinally slipping the snap pin without pulling out the snap pin.
