Title:
MACHINE SCREW ALIGNING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3408898
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align machine screws further positively by providing a lifter moving vertically in relation to an aligning guide, placing the machine screws in a lying position along an aligning direction on its upper face in a descent position and ascending while holding a placed state to feed the machine screws to the upper faces of both guide plates.
SOLUTION: Machine screws S are held in a vertical attitude with heads Sa placed on guide faces 2c of both guide plates and with shanks Sb dropped in. When a lifter 3 and an auxiliary lifter 4 reach a descent position and preliminary aligning faces 3b, 4b coincide with the upper face of a base seat 6, the machine screws S are preliminarily aligned in a lying attitude in this stage. When the lifter 3 reaches an ascent position, the machine screws S are moved onto the guide faces 2c of an aligning guide 2 while being in the lying attitude, then straightened into a vertical attitude and slid on the guide faces 2c in an aligning direction so as to be aligned in regular order. Such action is performed alternately on the right and left sides of the aligning guide. The machine screws S are thereby fed alternately to the right and left of the aligning guide 2 and aligned in regular order.
