Abstract:

PURPOSE: To add an auxiliary function to a CNC device which is also capable of the manual operation to realize the diversified working operations.

CONSTITUTION: An additional software 3 is incorporated in the ROM 2 provided with the standard software to be connected to the CPU 1 of a CNC device which is also capable of the manual operation of a machine tool, a plurality of tool lengths 6, the tool shift quantity 7, and the taught programs 8 are registered in the RAM 5, a floppy cassette 12 is connected to the CPU 1 through a reader puncher interface 11, and switches of the respective parts of a machine are connected to the CPU 1 through DI/DO to allow the automatic working of various kinds of tools and working shapes. A plurality of working patterns can be executed, and the breakdown of the switches of the machine can be displayed.
