PURPOSE: To enable works in various kinds and forms for a work object by providing a 2nd rotation drive part movable on a rotating arm, thereon, and fitting a rotating blade for work for the work object placed on a work bench plate, to the tip of this rotating shaft.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of cutting or polishing the surface of a disk like work object T, the work object T is set on a work bench 7, a driving switch is turned ON, to drive the driving main body 40 of a 1st rotation drive part 4 and the driving main bodies 51a, 51b of 2nd rotating drive parts 5a, 5b. A rotating arm 43 is thus rotated by the driving main body 40, rotating blades 6a, 6b are revolved, simultaneously the rotating blades 6a, 6b are rotated with the rotations of the driving main bodies 51a, 51b. In this state, the rotating blades 6a, 6b are abutted on the surface of the work object T, with the arm member 3 being descended, then the rotating blades 6a, 6b are moved while rotating in the peripheral direction on the surface of the work object T. Also the whole surface of the work object T can be cut or polished within the desired range, by narrowing the gap pitch between the rotating blades 6a, 6b with the 2nd rotation driving parts 5a, 5b being moved on the rotating arm 43.
