Title:
DEHUMIDIFYING/DRYING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2002126397
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a dehumidifying/drying machine having a structure enabling effective collecting of moisture evaporated from items to be dried as drain water, and capable of using without an exhaust duct structure.

A high-pressure and hot gaseous refrigerant pressurized in a compressor 1 is cooled and liquefied in a first heat exchanger 2, and the liquefied refrigerant is sent to a second heat exchanger 3 through a capillary. The refrigerant vaporized in the second heat exchanger 3 is sent back to the compressor 1 for forming a refrigeration circuit, and an airflow is formed by a blowing fan 4, which circulates from a drying drum 6 to the second heat exchanger 3 and the first heat exchanger 2 and back to the drying drum 6. The items to be dried are dried in the drying drum 6, and humidified air is dehumidified in the second heat exchanger 3, and moisture in the air is liquefied and collected in a drain pan 5 as the drain water. The refrigerant in the first heat exchanger 2 is cooled and liquefied by the dehumidified air, a hot air resulting from condensation latent heat of the refrigerant is sent back to the drying drum 6 and used again for drying.
