PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a machine capable of producing an ice cream and obtaining a liquid or semi-liquid product.SOLUTION: Provided is a machine comprising: a first processing container (2) processing a fundamental liquid or semi-liquid product and composing a processing chamber (3); a cooling cylinder (20) mounted at the inside of the first container (2); a second processing container (21); a connection duct (52) between the first processing container (2) and the second container (21); a feed apparatus (23) associated with the first processing container (2), composed so as to feed the liquid or semi-liquid product to the outer part in the feed apparatus or composed so as to prevent the feed of the liquid or semi-liquid product in prohibition arrangement; and a cutoff valve (26) composed in such a manner that the connection duct (52) between the first container (2) and the second container (21) is closed in closed arrangement or the connection duct (52) between the first container (2) and the second container (21) is opened in open arrangement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
