Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microfluidic device capable of efficiently obtaining high purity nucleic acid.SOLUTION: The micro fluidic device 1 comprises: a microchip 2 which has first to third micro fluid paths 5 to 7, the third micro fluid path 7 being connected to the downstream side end parts 5a, 6a of the first and second micro fluid paths 5, 6; and a fluid path resistance generation device 3 which generates path resistance for suppressing the entry of fluid into the first micro fluid path 5 when a fluid is delivered to the third micro fluid path 7 from the second micro fluid path 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
