Abstract:

PURPOSE: To specify the ID of an employee only reading out card number at the time of card scanning by linking and registering the ID of each employee registered in a master on a host equipment corresponding to the card number registered on a magnetic card as a time card.
CONSTITUTION: The IDs of respective employees are registered in the master on the host equipment 15. Then, individual information such as employee codes is inputted in order by operating keys, the IDs of the employees are transferred to and stored in the memory 12 of the time recorder 1, and the processing is completed. The ID registering and storing means of the time recorder 1, on the other hand, is used to link and register the IDs of the respective employees registered in the master on the host equipment 15 with the card numbers of magnetic cards CK. Namely, the time recorder 1 is connected to the ID screen of a computer (host equipment 15) and the screen where the ID of a timer recorder user is selected. Through this process, the magnetic card is scanned by the time recorder 1 where the employee codes are registered to obtain attendance data.
