Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the magnetic disk chucking device capable of diminishing a wobble of a chucking surface and stabilizing contact between a magnetic head and a flexible disk.
SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 9 consisting of a UV adhesive is applied in a prescribed thickness to a 3rd stepped part 4d of a rotor 4, and the chucking surface 10b is pressed by a pressing surface 10b of an upper mold 16, so as to fit a chucking magnet 10 via the adhesive layer 9 to a rotor 4, so that the chucking surface 10b is fitted with such a reference of a rotary shaft in its axial direction as to be perpendicular to the axial direction, thus diminishing the wobble of the chucking surface 10b.
