Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a barrel material powder from falling off from the surface of parts inside a head disk assembly or of a magnetic head supporting spring by using a cleaning device equipped with two functions, the function of vibratingly rubbing parts mutually and that of cleaning parts.
SOLUTION: In press forming 50, techniques are combined for working parts into a complicated shape by forging using simple punching or multistages, with the shape of parts completed in prescribed dimensions. In the next process of barrel treatment 60, deburring is performed to remove burrs generated in the edge of parts in press forming. In this manufacture, a process 80 is added in which parts are rubbed mutually while being vibrated as a pretreatment for parts cleaning 70, removing the projected part or the entirety of adhesion to a C model. After this process 80, the parts cleaning process 70 is carried out.
