Abstract:
To provide a magnetic disk device and a write processing method, which can improve reliability.SOLUTION: A magnetic disk device comprises: a disk which has a first area and a second area for temporarily writing data; a head which has a write head for writing data in the disk, and an assist element generating energy for improving write performance by the write head; and a controller which supplies energy of a first value to the assist element to write data in the first area, and supplies energy of a second value different from the first value to the assist element to write data in the second area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
