Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element controller which suppresses abnormal oscillation of a voltage current conversion circuit which generates an excitation signal of current control, suppresses noise in a wide temperature range, and suppresses variation by offset temperature.SOLUTION: A magnetic element controller performs control so as to measure a stationary magnetic field applied to an FG type magnetic element composed of driving and detection coils by a magnetic balance type and has: an excitation signal adjustment part which performs voltage current conversion by a differential amplifier where a capacitor and a resistor are serially connected to either an output terminal or an input terminal and generates an excitation signal to be a current signal to be applied to an exciting coil from an alternate signal; a detection signal comparison part which detects a detection signal generated by a change of a current direction of the excitation signal; a feedback signal conversion part which converts a time width between detection signals into voltage information; a feedback signal adjustment part which generates a feedback signal from the voltage information; and a data signal conversion part which outputs the feedback signal as a data signal showing magnetic field intensity. An excitation signal where the feedback signal is superimposed on the alternate signal is generated.
