Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cure ultraviolet-curing-type adhesive in a short time, avoid the sagging of the adhesive from the edge parts even if the surface roughness of a head mounting surface is small and, further, realize a high precision flatness.
CONSTITUTION: At least the head mounting surface 1a of a head base is made of ceramics. After ultraviolet-curing-type adhesive 4 is applied to the head base 1, a magnetic head chip 6 is placed on the head mounting surface 1a. Then, an ultraviolet radiation UV is applied to the ultraviolet-curing-type adhesive 4 to cure said ultraviolet-curing-type adhesive 4.
