Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent sliding wear by composing one part of the sliding part of a carriage by a plate-like metal and increasing the contact length more than the plate thickness by integrating a sliding means as well. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 3 composes a guide means by engaging with a guide shaft 1. A hole 3g to be guided by press burring is made by making the contact length longer than the plate thickness integrally and it is held on said guide shaft 1 freely slidably and freely rotatably by the hole 3g to be guided. The hole 3g to be guided by a press burring, for instance, thus has a smooth working face and is suitable for the engagement with the guide shaft 1, not only eliminating the need for particular bearing of a metal bush, etc., but also being effective as the oil pool of a lubrication oil 16, and enabling to prevent the wear of the sliding part.
