PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic heat pump device capable of effectively obtaining a magneto-caloric effect.SOLUTION: A magnetic heat pump device 10 comprises: an MCM 25 having a magneto-caloric effect; a coil 30 applying a magnetic field to the MCM 25 and changing a magnitude of the magnetic field; a temperature sensor 27 measuring a temperature Tof the MCM 25; a first Peltier element 40 regulating the temperature Tof the MCM 25; and a control unit 90 controlling the first Peltier element 40 on the basis of a measuring result of the temperature sensor 27.
