Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic heat generating element and a magnetic material which improves heating rate and heated temperture by application of electromagnetic wave in an Mn-Zn-Cu ferrite material.
CONSTITUTION: The composition ratio of main components of a magnetic material for magnetic heater element is expressed as a (Ni(1-x).Cux)O.bZnO.cFe2O3 (where, a+b+c=100, 0≤x≤1.0, 27≤b≤35, 46.5≤c≤53.0) and its Curie temperature is in the range from 40°C to 200°C. The magnetic heater element uses this magnetic material.
