Abstract:
To provide a magnetic memory rewriting method and a circuit which reduce an absolute value of current while keeping a high degree of freedom in setting a writing time.
A magnetic memory performs writing by reversing the magnetization of a magnetization layer. Pulse strings of a first resonance pulse P1 and a second resonance pulse P2 inducing first and second magnetic resonant conditions in at least the magnetization layer are applied to the magnetic memory to perform writing.
