Abstract:

To provide a magnetic detection circuit having a Hall element and its magnetic offset cancellation circuit which can operate at a low voltage.

In the magnetic detection circuit having the Hall element, when a transmission gate for switching the connection between the input of an amplifier circuit within the magnetic offset cancellation circuit for canceling the magnetic offset of the Hall element and each electrode of the Hall element is turned on, the gate of an N-channel type transistor inside the transmission gate is set higher in voltage than that in a power supply voltage by a drive circuit.
