Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor device equipped with a structure capable of simultaneously performing electric connection and mechanical connection.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor device 10 is equipped with a magnetic sensor module 20 which has a plurality of leads 21-24 electrically connected to a magnetic sensor 25 detecting a magnetic field generated by a magnet 31, and a package 26 integrating the magnetic sensor and the plurality of leads while exposing a part of the plurality of leads. The magnetic sensor module is composed of a pair of a first magnetic sensor module 20a and a second magnetic sensor module 20b in which the magnetic sensors are oppositely disposed on the opposite sides to each other, and generates the same detection output from the first and second magnetic sensor modules. The package of the first magnetic sensor module and the package of the second magnetic sensor module are provided with electric and mechanical connecting portions 26a which electrically and mechanically connect an exposed portion of the lead of the first magnetic sensor module and an exposed portion of the lead of the second magnetic sensor module, by an anisotropy conductive resin 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
