A magnetic disc 32 caused to magnetically adsorb iron power mixed in a liquid to be processed is configured to include: two circular plates attached to a rotation axis 36 at a predetermined interval in between; a circular spacer member 54 arranged between the two circular plates and including an outer circumferential surface 54a having a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of curvature of the circular plate; a seal member 58 including an inner circumferential surface 58a having a fixed distance from the outer circumferential surface 54a of the circular spacer member 54 and configured to close a gap between the two circular plates water-tightly in the circumferential direction except a partial section; a plurality of permanent magnets 56 arranged annually in a space 66 formed between the outer circumferential surface 54a of the circular spacer member 54 and the inner circumferential surface 58a of the seal member 58 except a partial section in which the seal member 58 is not provided; and a packing member 60 arranged at the boundary between the space 66 and the partial section in which the seal member 58 is not provided and configured to close the space 66 water-tightly.
