PURPOSE: To quicken an information access speed by overlapping a soft simultaneous rotating magnetic body and a hard simultaneous rotating magnetic body whose film face has a uniaxial magnetic anisotropy and whose saturation magnetic flux is equal to each other via a thin nonmagnetic film together.
CONSTITUTION: A 'three-layer structure' formed by overlapping tow kinds of magnetic thin films 2, 4 via a nonmagnetic thin film 3 is used as an information storage unit, an X-conductor wire 5 and a Y-conductor wire 1 are arranged on and under the three-layer structure in a way that they are crossed with each other and sense wires 6a, 6b are overlapped on the X-conductor wire 5 via an insulating layer at the opposite side to the Y-conductor wire 1. The two kinds of the magnetic films 2, 4 have equal saturation magnetic flux and uniaxial magnetic anisotropy in each film face, but at least either the magnetic anisotropy or the coercive force of them differs from each other. Then the X-conductor wire 5, the Y-conductor wire 1, and the sense wires 6a, 6b are made of a superconducting material and the sense wires 6a, 6b have a Josephson junction 10 at the position of the three-layer structure as the sense part. Thus, the information access speed is quickened.
