Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a color image formed by a color image forming section efficiently.
SOLUTION: The image processing unit gives color image data to a printer section forming a color image based on given color image data, receives a timing signal (BD, TOP) relating to image forming from the printer section via a printer interface section 23 and provides an output of color image data (VIDEO) to the printer section via the printer interface section 23 in response to the timing signal. Furthermore, the printer section generates a reference color image and plural bit data obtained by reading the image are sent to the printer section via an I/O interface section 21 and a P/S conversion circuit 22.
