Title:
SHAPE OF CORNEA-MEASURING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3103314
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute highly accurate measurement without depending on working distance.
SOLUTION: Light from a first ring light source 1 is reflected on a cornea C to produce a first ring reflection image R1, which is focused on a CCD5 via a projection lens 3 and an aperture stop 4. On the other hand, light from a second ring light source 2 is also reflected on the cornea C to produce a second reflection image R2, which is focused on the CCD5 via the projection lens 3 and the aperture stop 4. When the first ring light source 1 and the second ring light source 2 are integrated to approach in the direction of the cornea C, the first and second ring reflection images R1 and R2 obtained by the cornea reflection are enlarged. When further approaching the ring light sources 1 and 2 in the direction of the cornea C, the first ring reflection image R1 and the second ring reflection image R2 are also enlarged. Thus, a wide range of measurement is possible from the center of the cornea C to the peripheral part thereof by changing the distance to the cornea C.
