Abstract:

To provide a magnetizer for magnetizing a rotor subjected to row-to-row skew, accurately according to the shape of a magnetic body.

In the magnetizer, a slot in which a winding is wound has at least two parallel parts extending in parallel with the central axis of a core in the magnetizer and formed while being offset each other, and a ramp connecting these parallel parts and extending to incline against the central axis. With such a magnetizer, accurate magnetization is ensured according to the outer shape of a magnetic body being attached to a rotor subjected to row-to-row skew.
