A magnetizing device comprises a housing 10 covering a device, and a magnetizing finger-like member 14 arranged with at least one magnetizing winding and at least one winding core, and extended in a length direction of an axis, and a cooling device 110 for cooling a magnetizing head 12, which is supported by the housing 10, and the magnetizing finger-like member 14. In the magnetizing head 12, a temperature sensor connected to a control unit part 28 is arranged, and the control unit part 28 inhibits a magnetizing processing when the temperature sensor in the magnetizing finger-like member 14 detects the temperature of not less than an allowable upper limit.
