The MPU 21 receives and processes detected data from the car position detecting part, the running direction detecting part and the door opening detecting part, and a cycle number of starts of the ascending car, detected by the running direction detecting part, is totalized and is stored in the first RAM 23, and accordingly, a cycle number of landing and a cycle number of opening of the doors at each of the floors are totalized and stored in the second ram 24 in two ascending and descending categories.
