Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily provide a compound sugar cake product having wavy layers by piling the extruded strand of sugar cake like ice cream on a conveyer belt while utilizing the lateral displacement of its centroid. CONSTITUTION: Concerning a method for producing the compound sugar cake product composed of plural overlapped layers formed from the extruded strand of sugar cake like ice cream, one of these layers is wavy at least and can be overlapped on itself. One first spot at least, where the top end part of a strand 7 put out of one extruding nozzle 5 at least is piled on a conveyer belt 1, is displaced laterally to the vertical discharging movement of the extruded strand, paste-state sugar cake materials are laterally piled on the conveyer belt or the section of the piled strand because of dead weight for the lateral displacement of centroid of the strand, and the conveyer belt is laterally displaced at latest when one loop 8 at least composed of two overlapped strand sections at least is formed.
