Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unevenness in contact load of each elastic contact piece.SOLUTION: A female terminal 10 to be disclosed according to the description is a terminal in which a male terminal is inserted and with which it is engaged, and includes: a cylindrical base 24 where side end edges 24A of a metal plate material are abutted to each other; and a plurality of elastic contact pieces 25 which are provided elastically displaceably for the base 24 and are in elastic contact with the male terminal. Among the plurality of elastic contact pieces 25, in an unadjacent contact piece 27 different from an adjacent contact piece 26 adjacent to the side end edge 24A of the base 24, an elastic force smaller than the adjacent contact piece 26 is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
