A moving image browsing system 1 for providing this image management and transmission method includes: a mobile phone 5 of a user 3; a QR code 9 linked to moving image data 7 in the mobile phone 5; a dedicated terminal 11 for storing the QR code 9 and the moving image data 7 by linking them to each other; a management server 13 capable of accessing the dedicated terminal 11; a mobile phone 15 of a user 19; and a QR code 17 forming a pair with the QR code 9. The QR code 17 allows the user 19 to access the management server 13. The user 19 can browse the moving image data 7 transmitted from the user 3, receives a gift 20 and can largely feel sensation such as happiness. The management server 13 prohibits leakage of one's own information.
