Abstract:

To facilitate the management of an air-conditioning and sanitary equipment by providing a system for managing operation history data of the air-conditioning and sanitary equipment such as air-conditioner by RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag.

This system constitutes a means for recording basic information, management information and history information unique for the air-conditioning and sanitary equipment by the RFID tag 94, reading present state detection data from a sensor of an equipment body 10 stored in a data storage part 50 by a reader/writer 92, displaying them along with the operation history data stored in the RFID tag 94 on PDA (personal digital assistant) 100 and comparing the present operation state and the history data; and a means for allowing a central server to create a repair report based on the information.
