To cause a portable power supply to perform a specified operation when a user takes out the portable power supply to a place other than an intended place.SOLUTION: A management system for a portable power supply comprises: a position information detection unit that detects position information on a portable power supply 10; and a region information determination unit that determines whether or not the portable power supply has been moved out of a predetermined region based on the position information detected by the position information detection unit. The portable power supply is provided with an operation unit that performs a predetermined operation corresponding to the determination result after the region information determination unit determines that the portable power supply has been moved to a position outside the predetermined region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
