To provide an attending/leaving management system which eliminates the trouble to collect attendance books by integrally managing attendance information on employees at a plurality of working places by an information process on a network.

In an information management system including a PHS terminal device distributed to an employee as an object of attendance management and the information processor which communicates data to the PHS terminal device through a network, the PHS terminal device is provided with a means which generates attendance report information for specifying the employee and attending or leaving respectively through specific operation done by an operator and the information processor is provided with a means which specifies the employee and attending or leaving respectively according to the attending/ leaving report information sent from the PHS terminal device through the network and a means which totally manages the attendance information on the employees in the plurality of working places according to the specified information, time information specified in relation with the attendance report information generation by the PHS terminal device, attendance place information specified according to the employee and the date at the time.
