To provide a collection/delivery management system capable of easily and rapidly carrying out the management of requested baggage in the collection/delivery management system for managing a collection/delivery work.

The collection/delivery management system has a center system having a fresh input means 2 for inputting a collection/delivery information newly requested, a collection/delivery data base 1 for storing the inputted collection/delivery information, a sorting schedule means for sorting the collection/delivery work into a collection/delivery vehicle unit based on the collection/delivery information of the collection/delivery data base and preparing collection/delivery schedule data in every vehicles and a progress input means 3 for inputting the progress of the collection/delivery; a handy terminal 21 having a display part 21a, an input part 21b manually inputted and a storage part for storing at least collection/delivery schedule data; and a communication means 6 for communicating and connecting the center system with the handy terminal.
