The system has a baggage data base for storing a baggage information on a baggage unit; a baggage extraction means (S1) for extracting the baggage to be collected/delivered at a predetermined collection/delivery date and time from the baggage data base; an allotting means (S5) of the extracted baggage to a vehicle; a round order preparation means (S8) for preparing the round order of the collection/delivery side of the vehicle; and a round order input means (S5) for manually inputting the round order. The allotting means has an order means (S2) for lining the baggage up at a predetermined order; a baggage list means (S3) for displaying the baggage ordered by the order means on this order by a list; and a means for optionally selecting the baggage allotted to a predetermined vehicle from the list.
