Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly achieve a number of works to a work by a robot.
CONSTITUTION: A manifold solenoid valve 3 is mounted on an arm 2 at the tip of a robot, and this manifold solenoid valve 3 is provided with a manifold 3a, and a common air supply passage 40 and common exhaust passages 4, 42 are formed in an annular manner. In addition, a plurality of solenoid valves 11... are provided at the position of approximately same radius from the center of the manifold 3a. The respective solenoid valves are provided with a valve shaft 44 and a solenoid part 39d to switch the flow passage, and the fluid is supplied to a hydraulic equipment to drive the hand connected to the manifold 3a by the pumping passage to be formed in the manifold 3a.
