To provide a manual valve opening/closing management system that can securely manage an opening/closing state of a manual valve.
There is provided a manual valve opening/closing management system including: a key-lock device which enables an opening key to be extracted only when a manual valve is in an open state and inhibits the manual valve from being operated once the opening key is extracted to keep the manual valve in the open state, enables a closing key to be extracted only when a manual valve is in a closed state and inhibits the manual valve from being operated once the closing key is extracted to keep the manual valve in the closed state, and allows the manual valve to be operated only when the opening key and closing key are both inserted; a key recognition device which reads information out of the opening key or closing key having been extracted from the key-lock device to recognize the opening key and closing key; a transmission device which transmits a recognition result of the key recognition device; a reception device which receives the recognition result transmitted from the transmission device; and a notification device which is provided in a management room and gives notice of an open/closed state of the manual valve upon the basis of the recognition result received by the reception device.
