PURPOSE: To obtain an air blower easing with low manufacturing cost, good external appearance, and high safety by pressing projections protruding from holes formed in side plates for deformation, and connectingly-fixing the guide plate and the side plates after inserting the projections formed at the edge surface of the guide plate into the holes.
CONSTITUTION: Plural projections 4 are formed at both edge parts of a guide plate 3, and holes 5 where the projections can be inserted are formed at the positions corresponding to the projections 4 on the guide plate 3 in side plates 1, 2. The projections protruding from the surface of the member are pressed and deformed without corners after inserting the projections 4 of the guide plate 3 into the holes in the side plates 1, 2 to connectingly-fix the side plate 1, 2 and the guide plate 3. The projections 4 protruding from the side plates 1, 2 are press-processed, so it is thus possible to manufacture an air blower casing with low manufacturing cost, good external appearance, and high safety.
