Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding method for a clad by which a different kind of a material such as a brazer material including a flux consisting of a powder compacted material is precisely stably made to clad in an aimed part of a base metal such as aluminum using a common extrusion machine.
SOLUTION: Using an extruding tool 5 which is formed so that 1st and 2nd passage holes 11, 12 make those rear end openings release in a rear container hole 13a, on a plate 7 which is combined in the rear part of a die 6, the different kind of a material 3 is preliminarily packed and arranged in the 2nd passage hole 12. After that, extrusion is executed by making extruding force act on the material 2 of a base metal which is charged in a container billet hole 13a and the different kind of the material 3 and the material 2 of the base metal are press-fixed to each other just before they are passed through the bearing part 9 of the die.
