PURPOSE: To manufacture a composite structural cold rolled steel sheet, excellent in impact resistance by cold-rolling after hot-rolling a steel slab containing elements for fining the structure in the specific temp. condition and executing a heat treatment in the specific condition.
CONSTITUTION: After hot-rolling the steel slab having composition containing, by wt%, 0.05-0.25% C, 0.6-2.3% Si, 0.8-2.3% Mn, <0.02% P, <0.01% S, 0.02-0.06% sol.Al, <0.008% N and further containing one or two kinds of 0.005-0.05% Ti and 0.005-0.05% Nb or/and 0.0005-0.003% B as a configuration fining agent at FT°C the finish temp. and CT°C coiling temp. denoted with the inequalities I, II, cold rolling is executed to make the finish sheet thickness. Successively, this sheet is heated in the temp. range of AC1-AC3 and held for 20sec-3min and thereafter cooled in the temp. range of 350-480°C by 5-200°C/sec cooling rate, and after holding this temp. for 30sec-10min, this steel sheet is cooled to the room temp.
