Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an actually working inner frame lightweight and facilitate each of manufacturing steps and at the same time, save on the manufacturing cost for a formwork with other advantages such as enhanced productivity and the reduction of cost of the article of manufacture by unloading the inner frame from a single formwork body for manufacturing and preparing plural pieces of such an inner frame.
SOLUTION: An assembled inner frame 2 is stored and fixed in a formwork body 1 for manufacturing and at the same time, an embedded fitment 8 is held, in a suspended state, inside the inner frame 2. Next, concrete is poured into the inner frame 2 and is vibrated, and after that, the inner frame 2 is immediately carried out of the shuttering body 1. Further, after the setting of the concrete, the inner frame 2 is disassembled to obtain the article of manufacture.
